Air Asia - best prices BUT only flies to Clark Base-2 hours north of Manila requiring the shuttle bus to the city...cheap and easy Malaysian Airlines - can get decent deals if booked in advance. Check the MATA travel fairs schedule. I booked online during this time and received the same sale price less the RM 100 travel agent fee. Total cost? 1/4 the regular fare and we flew directly to Manila. Philippine Airlines - most expensive
